If you will look at Fire Fighting Equipment and your local fire department, most likely you will see clean and shiny equipment. Why is this the standard and in other industries equipment and its care is reduced to the lowest common denominator? How can a service company be in the preventive maintenance business when their equipment is thrashed, breaking down all the time or in a state of disrepair? At our company made it clear to all potential team members what we stand for and we often turn down applications of those who think that getting by is good enough. Because just getting by is not acceptable. No matter what you do in life, go 100%. We believe that! Any US Marine will tell you that a dirty weapon can jam in the heat of battle.
